四溢流板式塔管口方位选择和管道设计浅析

摘要 针对四溢流板式塔这种塔内流动形态较为复杂的情况,结合塔内气液两相平衡原理并尽量维持塔内原有流动形态的原则,重点分析了几个典型工艺管嘴方位的选择范围。在合理选择管嘴方位的基础上,对四溢流精馏塔塔顶管道及其支架设计进行了详细的分析和阐述。 In view of the complicated flow pattern in the four-overflow plate tower,combined with the principle of gas-liquid two-phase equilibrium in the tower and the principle of maintaining the original flow pattern in the tower as much as possible,this paper analyzes the selection range of several typical process nozzle orientations.Based on the rational selection of the nozzle orientation,the design of the pipeline at the top of the four-overflow distillation tower and its supports are analyzed and explained in detail.
