摘要
利用均匀化处理后的体育器材用AZ80镁合金铸件进行不同挤压工艺下的性能测试,分析了不同挤压工艺对该类型合金材料的力学性能与耐磨损性能影响。研究显示:AZ80镁合金使用往复挤压法能够获得比常规挤压更佳的力学性能和耐磨损性能,Rm、δs、σh分别获得72 MPa、72 MPa、6.0%的性能提升,磨损体积减小高达78.6%;利用往复挤压保证压道次数n=1、5、10条件下,AZ80镁合金力学性能和耐磨损性能呈现下降后提升趋势,在n=5时获得最佳性能值。
The mechanical properties of homogenized A280 magnesium alloy casting for sports equipment were tested under different extrusion processes.The results show that the mechanical properties and wear resistance of AZ80 magnesium alloy can be better than that of conventional extrusion by reciprocating extrusion.R_m,δ_s andσ_h are improved by 72 MPa,72 MPa and 6.0%respectively,and the wear volume is reduced by up to 78.6%.The mechanical properties and wear resistance of AZ80 magnesium alloy decrease first and then increase under the condition of n=1,5 and 10,and the best performance value is obtained when n=5.
