摘要
管线埋设于公路以下时需要承受公路回填施工中的机械荷载作用和运营期的车辆荷载作用。在现状针对公路与下埋管线相关关系研究较少的背景下,结合实际工程进行了公路回填施工过程中管线的振动监测和模拟计算,验证了模型计算结果的有效性,并分别得到了基于管线安全考虑的不同材质的管线可以承受的压实机械作用结果和基于疲劳损伤考虑的钢管线安全覆土深度建议。
The pipeline which is buried below the highway had to bear the mechanical loads during the backfill con-struction and vehicular loads during the operation period.There is less research on the relationship between the existing highway and the buried pipeline.Combined with the actual project,the vibration of pipeline was monitored and simulation calculated in the process of backfilling.This paper verifies the validity of the model results.Both the results of compaction mechanical action of pipelines with different materials to ensure safety and the safe thickness of overburden of steel pipelines to prevent fatigue damage are gotten.
