摘要
降本增效理念最早出现于“十二五”时期,在这一理念的支持之下,社会范围内的各个企业都在总体推进的过程当中实现了具体职责分配,确定工作目标,并且创新发展工作内容。为了保障企业在今后的可持续健康发展,维持积极稳定的局面,正确应对国内外的市场竞争形势,企业要以日常工作为突破口联系生产经营要求,以更加精细化和科学化的系统管理争取资产效益的最大化。
The concept of cost reduction and efficiency improvement first emerged during the"12th Five-Year Plan"period.With the support of this concept,various enterprises within the social scope have realized the distribution of specific responsibilities,determined work objectives,and developed and innovated work content during the overall promotion process.In order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises in the future,maintain a positive and stable situation,and correctly respond to the market competition situation at home and abroad,enterprises should take daily work as a breakthrough point,contact the production and operation requirements,and strive for the maximization of asset benefits with more refined and scientific system management.
