摘要
卫星在运载火箭飞行过程中要经历复杂严酷的噪声振动环境,给卫星的使用寿命带来不利影响,严重时甚至导致卫星失效和破坏。本文基于轻质多孔材料的吸声原理,提出在整流罩内部敷设轻质泡沫、吸音芳纶棉的整流罩降噪技术方案,并开展实尺度整流罩降噪效果验证试验,结果表明降噪效果满足工程应用要求,该技术对于改善整流罩内噪声环境具有重要意义。
The satellite will afford complex and severe noise environments during powered flight,which will have great effects on the life of satellite.In severe cases,it may destroy the satellite completely.The investigation analysis the principle of noise absorption of multi-porous light material,and bring forward the scheme of noise reduction by paving light foam or fiber cotton on inner wall of the fairing,also carry out the full scale fairing experiment in a 4000m^3 reverberation chamber to evaluate the effect of noise reduction.The experiment results show that the scheme of noise reduction by paving light foam or fiber cotton on inner wall of the fairing can make good effects,which has important significance on decreasing the noise environment inner the fairing.
