摘要
目的探讨日间手术模式下眼科手术室的流程设计与筹建搬迁,为其他医院新建眼科手术室提供借鉴与参考。方法针对眼科手术专科特色,安排具有丰富眼科手术室临床经验的护理管理人员,专人提前全程参与眼科手术室的布局与设计。包括手术室人、物流程,环境布局,眼科特殊配置、筹备,搬迁实施管理等,以适应眼科“短、频、快、大批量”快速运转的日间手术模式。结果新建眼科手术室在预定时间内正常开启运行。经统计,2018年7月启运至2019年7月,新手术室共完成53025台日间手术。运行期间无医疗护理不良事件发生,一类切口手术部位感染率低于0.01%。结论前期由具有丰富眼科手术室临床经验的护理管理人员专人负责,根据眼科专科特色,提前干预,梳理日间手术流程,充分评估准备,实施搬迁集束化管理,是确保眼科日间手术室正常启用运行的关键。
Objective To explore the process design and relocation of ophthalmic operating room under day operation mode and provide reference for building a new ophthalmic operating room in other hospitals.Methods According to the special features of ophthalmic surgery,nursing management personnel with rich clinical experience in ophthalmic operation were arranged to participate in the design and layout of ophthalmic operating room in advance.In order to adapt to the"short,frequent,fast,mass"ophthalmic day operation mode,the present study involved operating room personnel and materials arrangement,environmental layout,special ophthalmic configuration,preparation,and management for relocation implementation.Results The new ophthalmic operating room was opened within the scheduled time,and 53025 day operations were completed from July 2018 to July 2019.No adverse event occurred during operations.The infection rate in the surgical site was lower than 0.01%.Conclusion The key to ensure the successful opening of ophthalmic day operating room is to arrange nursing management personnel with abundant clinical experience in advance,to well design day operation process,to prepare fully,and to manage comprehensively according to the special features of ophthalmic surgery.
