摘要
目的探讨三黄三仙汤对肾阴阳两虚型非重型再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法收集2016年1月~2018年12月浙江省立同德医院血液科慢性再生障碍性贫血100例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组患者均给十一酸睾酮胶丸口服进行治疗,同时给予促进造血的药物如生血宁/叶绿素铜钠片辅助治疗。治疗组患者在西医常规治疗的基础上,给予口服中药三黄三仙汤治疗。经过6个月以上的治疗,观察治疗效果及患者中医症状改善情况。结果(1)治疗组患者总有效率为84.00%,对照组为56.25%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗组有效病例中骨髓增生程度得到明显改善;(3)经过治疗后,两组患者的中医症候积分显著降低,且治疗组较对照组改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用三黄三仙汤治疗肾阴阳两虚型非重型再生障碍性贫血,可以提高治愈率,改善中医症状,且症状的改善会先于实验室指标的改善。
Objective To explore the effect of Sanhuang Sanxian Decoction on non-severe aplastic anemia with deficiency of both kidney yin and yang.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic aplastic anemia from the Department of Hematology in Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2016,to December 2018,were collected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Both groups were given Antel orally treatment,with hematopoietic drugs such as Shengxue Ning/Copper Chlorophyllin sodium tablets as adjuvant therapy.Patients in the treatment group were given Chinese oral medicine"Sanhuang Sanxian Decoction"on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment.After more than six months of treatment,the treatment effect,and the improvement of the patient's TCM symptoms were observed.Results(1)The total effective rate was 84.00%in the treatment group and 56.25%in the control group.There was a statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)The degree of bone marrow hyperplasia in the effective cases in the treatment group improved obviously.(3)After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Sanhuang Sanxian Decoction to treat non-severe aplastic anemia with deficiency of both kidney yin and yang can increase the cure rate and improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.The improvement of symptoms will precede the improvement of laboratory indicators.
