摘要
文章对东汽F级50 MW燃气轮机进气缸的制造工艺和关键工序镗削进行探讨,以形成该新型关键部件加工的制造技术。重点从制造工艺、IGV销孔和静压孔的镗削加工等方面分析研究,解决了进气缸制造流程的合理性、镗削过程控制的稳定性等难点。
This paper discusses the manufacturing technology and key process boring of the the inlet cylinder of the F-class 50 MW gas turbine of Dongqi to form the manufacturing technology of the new key components. The paper focuses on the analysis and study of the manufacturing technology, IGV pin hole and static boring processing, and solves the difficulties of the rationality of the inlet cylinder manufacturing process and the stability of the boring process control.
