摘要
武术教学中按照武术套路的难度分为A、B、C、D四个等级,其中A、B、C级为规定难度,D级为创新难度,D级武术动作的教学有很大的难度,对于武术教师来说,诱导性的练习及教学能力是其所必备的基本能力。武术教师在完成教学或训练目标时,常常想尽办法帮助武术学生正确掌握动作要领,对于武术难度动作的技能形成和迁移规律的掌握,能够在一次又一次的练习中,帮助学生利用不断建立和强化的运动反射条件,依据训练的诱导性过程,形成更新的、有目的性的练习效果。很多武术教师根据自己多年的教学实验,逐步对于不同的武术动作进行诱导性的练习。通过分析武术难度动作诱导性练习和教学应用的联系性,总结经验,恰当的运用诱导性的练习,根据具体练习时的教育环境、教育时机和教育内容,尝试总结武术难度动作诱导性练习的规律,并且将其总结成文,以期为相关领域内的教学工作提供帮助。
According to the difficulty of Wushu routine,Wushu teaching is divided into a,B,C and D levels,of which a,B and C are the prescribed difficulty,D is the innovation difficulty,and the teaching of martial arts movements of level D is very difficult.For martial arts teachers,the induced practice and teaching ability is the basic ability they must have.When completing the teaching or training objectives,Wushu teachers often try their best to help Wushu students to master the essentials of movements correctly.The formation and transfer rules of difficult movements in Wushu can help students form updated and purposeful exercises by using the constantly established and strengthened sports reflex conditions in practice again and again Learning effect.Many martial arts teachers,according to their own teaching experiments for many years,gradually carry out inductive exercises for different martial arts movements.This paper analyzes the relationship between the induction exercise and teaching application of difficult movements in martial arts,summarizes the experience,and properly uses the inductive practice.According to the specific training environment,education opportunity and education content,this paper attempts to summarize the law of the induction exercise of difficult martial arts movements,and summarizes it in writing,so as to provide help for the teaching work in the related fields.
