摘要
在现代化的财政制度当中,大数据是建设信息化财政的重要支撑。论文从大数据的概念入手,分析大数据应用于财政当中表现出来的新特点,理清财政信息化发展的阶段,明晰大财政系统的定义和特点。接着探讨大财政系统的应用价值所在,主要表现在以下三个方面:实现对财政资金的动态监控、提高信息化财务管理能力、对于财政收支和财政风险进行预测。最后提出在大数据背景下建立大财政系统的有效策略。
In the modern financial system,big data is an important support for the construction of information-based finance.Starting from the concept of big data,this paper analyzes the new characteristics of big data applied in finance,clarifies the development stage of financial informatization,and makes clear the definition and characteristics of big financial system.Then this paper discusses the application value of the big financial system,which is mainly manifested in the following three aspects:realizing the dynamic monitoring of financial funds,improving the informationized financial management ability,and forecasting the financial revenue and expenditure and financial risk.Finally,this paper puts forward some effective strategies to establish a big financial system under the background of big data.
