摘要
为了快速有效监测南繁区有害生物,针对南繁有害生物缺少数据库平台,利用现有的技术和数据加以整合,在初步提出建设目标和思路的基础上,明确南繁数据库的基本框架和具体功能,将有害生物疫情发生数据、风险评估分析和防控预案相结合,形成一套南繁有害生物监测数据库。实现从“南繁危险性病虫害数据获取—风险评估—预测预报—防控预案”全链条南繁有害生物服务体系,提升病虫害监测预警能力,为确保南繁生物安全提供数据支撑。
In order to quickly and effectively monitor the pests in the Nanfan(propagation and breeding activities in the tropical south of Hainan)areas a database for monitoring pests in the Nanfan areas were established by integrating the existing technology and data.The basic framework and specific functions of the database were identified,and the database includes pest occurrence data,risk assessment analysis and prevention and control and prevention plan in the Nanfan areas in order to establish a whole chain service system of"data acquisition-risk assessment-prediction and forecasting–control and prevention plan"which will improve the ability of pest monitoring,early warning and provide data support for the safety of the Nanfan areas.
