摘要
为探究腐植酸肥料对辣椒根际土壤微生物数量和多样性的影响,为腐植酸复合肥在我国华北、黄淮地区辣椒产业中的应用提供指导,本试验在大田条件下,以普通复合肥为对照,研究不同含量腐植酸复合肥(2%、4%、6%和8%)对辣椒根际土壤微生物数量和多样性的影响。结果表明:腐植酸可显著活化土壤,提升土壤微生物数量和多样性,优化土壤微生物结构;施用6%配比腐植酸复合肥可以达到最佳效果;腐植酸复合肥可有效减少连作效应对辣椒根际土壤微生物数量和结构的不利影响,在连作4年条件下,辣椒根际土壤微生物数量和多样性依然可以维持较好水平。
In order to explore the influence of humic acid fertilizer on quantity and diversity of soil microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil of capsicum,and to provide guidance for application of humic acid compound fertilizers in capsicum industry in North China and the Huanghe-Huaihe area,the experiment was conducted in field.With conventional compound fertilizer as control,the compound fertilizers with different amounts of humic acid(2%,4%,6%and 8%)were used to study their effects on quantity and diversity of microorganism in capsicum rhizosphere soil.The results showed that humic acid could activate soil significantly,increase the quantity and diversity of soil microorganisms,and optimize the structure of soil microorganisms.The application of 6%humic acid compound fertilizer could achieve the best effect.Humic acid compound fertilizer could effectively reduce the adverse effect of continuous cropping on quantity and structure of microorganisms in rhizosphere soil of capsicum,and the quantity and diversity of microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil of capsicum could still maintain a good level under the continuous planting in field for four years.
