摘要
为展示实际的连杆滚轮式水力自动翻板闸在不同门前水高,不同倾动角度时的过流量,首先采用solidworks软件构建了水力自动翻板闸的倾动模型,利用此模型提取了水力学流量计算所需的特征几何值;然后以水力学的淹没孔口出流及堰流流量计算公式为依据,采用MATLAB编程计算了该翻板闸的过流量,计算结果表明:在门前水头高度一定时,总过流量随开启角度增大呈非线性增加;当开启角度80°时,总过流量随门前水头增高呈线性增大。
To show the inflow rate of actual hydraulic balanced wicket with connecting levers and rolling wheel at different water heights and inclination angle,a tilting model is firstly constructed by using Solidworks software.The geometric characteristic values needed for hydraulic flux calculation are obtained from the model.According to the hydraulic formula of submerged discharge and weir flow,the inflow rate of the wicket is calculated by MATLAB programming.The results show that when the water height is constant,the total inflow increases non-linearly with the increase of the opening angle;when the inclination angle is 80°,the total inflow linearly increases with the increase of the water height.
