摘要
青少年足球训练竞赛是我国足球运动发展基础工程,是百年大计。青训生态系统是有机整体,应通过各主体、要素充分发挥各自优势,相互联动、相互融合,协同发力,形成可持续发展格局。改变足球人才断层局面,必须构建足球青训生态系统,这不仅是深化足球改革重点任务,也是全面落实“方案”的改革定力,更是提高足球水平的重要战略举措。通过分析青少年足球训练体系存在问题及其根源,建立“三位一体”青训主体生态体系、“三位一体”青训融合生态体系、构建“四位一体”青训人才晋升生态体系、“四位一体”青少年赛事生态体系、“五位一体”青少年足球培养生态体系以及树立久久为功的青训目标生态体系等,以促进我国青训生态健康发展。
Youth training is the basic project for the development of football in China,and it is a century-old plan.The youth training ecosystem is an organic whole.Through the main bodies and elements to give full play to their respective advantages,they are mutually linked,integrated and work together to form a coordinated and sustainable development pattern.To change the situation of football talents shortage,it is necessary to construct a football youth training ecosystem.This is the key task of the football deepening reform,and it is also the reforming force to fully implement the General Plan of Chinese Football Reform and Development and is a strategic measure to improve the football level.To promote the healthy development of China's youth training,it is recommended to build a three-in-one youth training ecosystem,a three-in-one football youth training and integration ecosystem,a four-in-one youth training talent promotion ecosystem,a four-in-one youth competition ecosystem,a five-in-one youth football training system and a long-term youth training objective ecosystem.
