摘要
针对液体推进剂在长期贮存中对贮箱材料的腐蚀问题,研究N2O4、含6%水的N2O4以及30%HNO3三种介质与2195铝锂合金的相容性。结果表明,三者的腐蚀速率依次增大,其中在N2O4中相容性良好,在前期几乎不发生腐蚀,浸泡90 d后,可以在试件的表面发现点蚀坑。在含6%水的N2O4中,腐蚀由点蚀引起,腐蚀坑逐渐变大,扩展成面;在30%HNO3中,由点蚀逐步扩展形成剥落腐蚀。三种介质的腐蚀产物均为Al(H2O)6(NO3)3(H2O)3;随着腐蚀的加剧,2195铝锂合金的力学性能逐渐下降。
Aiming at the corrosion of liquid propellant to tank materials in long-term storage.The corrosion effects of N2O4,N2O4 containing 6%water and 30%HNO 3 on the 2195 Al-Li alloy were studied.The results show that there is almost no corrosion in the early stage,and after immersion for 90 d,pitting pits can be found on the surface of the test piece which means N2O4 has good compatibility with N2O4.In N2O4 containing 6%water,corrosion is caused by pitting corrosion,and corrosion pits become larger and wider;in 30%HNO3,corrosion is stable and spalling corrosion formed.The corrosion products of the three media are Al(H 2O)6(NO 3)3(H2O)3.With the increase of corrosion,the mechanical properties of 2195 Al-Li alloy decrease gradually.
