摘要
随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的兴起,我国提出了“新工科”概念,新工科倡导重实践、跨学科,把创新创业教育贯穿高校人才培养全过程。本文从基于“设计思维”改革人才培养方案、基于真实场景构建创新创业实践平台、基于“师生共创”打造教育教学新生态、基于“产教融合”形成多主体评价体系等四个方面,探索将创新创业教育贯穿人才培养全过程的路径,以此提升高素质复合型新工科人才培养质量。
With a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform,China puts forward the concept of"new engineering",which advocates experiential and interdisciplinary learning,and embeds innovation and entrepreneurship education throughout the whole process of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.This paper proposes pathways from four aspects with an aim to enhance the quality of cultivating compound new engineers.First,reform the talent training plan based on design thinking.Second,build an open source innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform based on authentic contexts.Third,co-create an education ecosystem through partnerships between teachers and learners.Lastly,form a multi-agent evaluation system through university and industry links.
