摘要
研究目的:为弥补三生空间结构认知缺憾,引入结构主义理论和社会空间理论审视三生空间结构及其自调机制,探讨三生空间转化管控新蓝图。研究方法:文献研究法,比较分析法。研究结果:三生空间结构可以从整体、关系、消解主体、转化、自调五方面认识。三生空间转化管控新蓝图应基于“地域分区—空间团块—空间类型—空间单元”的三生空间表征体系,搭建“分区准入—通则约束—类型约束—审批许可”三生空间一体化转化管控规则。研究结论:面向转化管控的三生空间认知需从“解构”回归“结构”,搭建三生空间转化管控系统框架,持续推进三生空间转化流程机制整合,助推空间治理体系现代化。
The purpose of this paper is to bridge the gap regarding the cognition of“ecological-living-industrial”space structure.The research methods are to introduce the structuralism methodology and social space theory to explain the“ecological-living-industrial”space structure and self-regulation mechanism as well as to discuss its new blueprint of transformation control.The results show that:1)the“ecological-living-industrial”space structure can be decomposed from five aspects:wholeness,relationships,subject decanting,transformation and self-regulation.2)The new blueprint for the transformation control o“f ecological-living-industrial”space should be based on the representation system of“regional partition—space block—space type—space unit”and set up the management and control rules,namely,“partition admittance—general rules constraint—type constraint—approval permit”.In conclusion,it is necessary to shift from“destruction”to“structure”to build the framework of the transformation control system of“ecological-living-industrial”space.It is also necessary to continuously promote the integration of the transformation control process of“ecologicalliving-industrial”space,and to promote the modernization of spatial governance system.
