摘要
目的对狭叶锦鸡儿(Caragana stenophylla)根80%乙醇提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱、制备薄层色谱以及重结晶等技术进行分离纯化;通过理化性质、核磁共振、质谱等方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从狭叶锦鸡儿根乙酸乙酯部位中分离并鉴定20个化合物,分别为:对羟基苯甲酸(1)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(2)、2,4-二羟基苯甲酸(3)、香草酸(4)、丁香酸(5)、3-吲哚甲酸(6)、4,4-二甲基-1,7-庚二酸(7)、原儿茶醛(8)、(2R)-3-(3′,4′,5′-三甲氧基苯基)-1,2-丙二醇(9)、(4S)-(2E)-4-羟基-2-壬烯酸(10)、甘油酸十五酯(11)、甘油酸十二酯(12)、咖啡酸二十五酯(13)、环十九烷基乙基咖啡酸(14)、十八酸(15)、桦木酸(16)、7-酮基-β-谷甾醇(17)、羽扇豆醇(18)、β-谷甾醇(19)和胡萝卜苷(20)。结论化合物6、7、9和10为首次从锦鸡儿属中分离得到;化合物1~5、8和17为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
ObjectiveTo investigate the chemical constituents in the 80% ethanol extract of the roots of Caragana stenophylla.MethodsThe compounds were isolated from the 80% ethanol extract of the roots by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,semi-preparative HPLC,preparative TLC and recrystallization. Their structures were identified according to the physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data including NMR and MS data.Results A total of 20 compounds were isolated from the roots of C. stenophylla and their structures were identified as p-hydroxybenzoic acid(1),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(2),2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(3),vanillic acid(4),syringic acid(5),3-indoleanoic acid(6),4,4-dimethyl-1,7-heptanoic acid(7),protocatechualdehyde(8),(2 R)-3-(3’,4’,5’-trimethoxyphenyl)-1,2-propanediol(9),(4 S)-(2 E)-4-hydroxy-2-nonenoic acid(10),2’,3’-dihydroxypropyl pentadecanoate(11),2’,3’-dihydroxypropyl dodecanoate(12),pentadecyl caffeate(13),cyclooctadecyl ethyl caffeate(14),octadecanoic acid(15),betulinic acid(16),7-oxo-β-sitosterol(17),lupeol(18),β-sitosterol(19)and daucosterol(20).Conclusion the first time,and compounds1-5,8 and17 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
