摘要
对浮法玻璃熔窑的熔化率设计,熔化区的长宽比例设计,熔化区、小炉、蓄热室系统的基本热平衡计算,窑体结构散热量与窑体砖结构重量的关系,熔化率与单位能耗指标之间的关系,以及个别浮法玻璃熔窑存在的不达产、多烧的燃料热量随排出废气跑掉了等问题进行了分析验证。提出了浮法玻璃熔窑合理设计的10个要点。
Design for melting rate of float glass furnace,length-width ratio design of melting area,the basic heat balance calculation of melting area,pot,regenerator system,the relationship between heat loss of kiln body structure and the mass of bricks,the relationship between the melting rate and unit energy consumption indicators,as well as the production yield is not up to standard and more fuel is combusted,heat energy ran away with the discharged waste gas,ten key points of reasonable design of float glass melting furnace are put forward.
