微生物菌剂对土壤酸碱性的改良研究 被引量:15

摘要 耐盐菌种在盐渍土壤中广泛存在。从鸡粪和土壤中分离出4种具有耐盐耐酸的菌种,分别为:枯草芽孢杆菌属、巨大芽孢杆菌属、假单胞菌属和酵母菌属。通过微生物发酵菌肥修复技术测定其对过酸过碱土壤的恢复能力,并尝试将其以一定比例混合后进行肥料发酵,用于进行恢复能力研究。结果表明,4种菌剂中恢复能力最强的是枯草芽孢杆菌,最佳配比为枯草芽孢杆菌∶巨大芽孢杆菌∶假单胞菌∶酵母菌比例为1∶2∶1∶1时,混合肥料对土壤酸碱性降解能力最佳。 Salt tolerant bacteria widely exist in saline soil.Four species of salt and acid tolerant bacteria were isolated from chicken manure and soil,which were Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus megaterium,Pseudomonas and Saccharomyces.The recovery ability of the bacteria to over-acid and over-alkaline soil was determined by microbial fermentation fertilizer remediation technology,and it was tried to mix them in a certain proportion for fertilizer fermentation to study the recovery ability.The results show that Bacillus subtilis has the strongest recovery ability among four species of bacteria.When the ratio of Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus megaterium,Pseudomonas and Saccharomyces is 1∶2∶1∶1,the mixed fertilizer has the best ability to degrade soil acidity and alkalinity.
