有机双膦酸对独居石浮选的作用机理研究

摘要 通过浮选试验、Zeta电位、红外光谱分析及溶液化学计算,研究了有机双膦酸对独居石浮选的作用机理。结果表明,独居石浮选的最佳条件为矿浆pH值为7和有机双膦酸用量为0.04mmol/L。不同粒级浮选效果不同,细粒级独居石泥化严重,浮选效果较差。有机双膦酸水解产生的优势组分H2L2-和HL^3-可与独居石矿物表面暴露的稀土离子RE3+(以Ce^3+为主)发生化学反应形成螯合吸附,吸附形态存在两种形式:1)H2L2-离子中每一个-POO-键与一个Ce^3+发生二齿螯合,吸附在独居石表面,形成两个二齿螯合结构;2)HL^3-离子中-POO-键与一个Ce^3+形成一个二齿螯合,-POO22-键与一个Ce^3+形成一个三齿螯合,吸附在独居石表面,形成一个二齿螯合和一个三齿螯合结构。 The mechanism of organic bisphosphonic acid(BPA)on the flotation of monazite was studied by flotation experiment,Zeta potential,infrared spectrum analysis and solution chemical calculation.The results showed that the optimum condition for monazite flotation was pH 7and BPA dosage 0.04mmol/L.The flotation recoveries of different particle size were different and the recovery of fine size was poor due to its serious sliming.H2L2-and HL^3-ions,dominant components hydrolyzed by BPA,could react with RE3+ions(mainly as Ce^3+)exposed on the surface of monazite to form chemical chelating adsorption.The adsorption forms are as follows:1)each-POO-bond in H2L2-ion formed a bidentate chelate with Ce^3+ion,adsorbing on the surface of monazite to form two bidentate coordination bonds structure;2)as to HL^3-,the-POO-bond formed a bidentate chelate with Ce^3+ion,and the-POO22-bond forms a tridentate chelate with Ce^3+ion,which would adsorb on the surface of monazite to form a mixed structure constituted of a didentatebidentate chelate bond and a tridentate chelate bond.
