摘要
目的:对某三级公立医院(以下简称B医院)2015年-2019年医疗运行数据进行分析,通过横向比较了解全院近五年的医疗运行情况。方法:采用描述性统计的方法,选取体现医疗服务、效率和质量等多方面的九项指标,对全院近五年的运行情况进行比较分析。结果:该医院2015年-2019年期间医疗运行整体呈现逐年上升,增长率存在曲折态势。结论:医疗运行指标评价可真实反映医院整体运行状态,为医院管理部门提升医疗质量提供科学参考,通过分析发现问题,及时整改,可持续提高医疗质量,保障医疗安全。
Objective:To analyze medical operation data obtained from ina Certain Tertiary Public Hospital in China(hereinafter abbreviated to Hospital B)through a horizontal comparison of medical operation status between the latest five years.Method:Through a descriptive statistical analysis of medical operation status between the latest five years,the 9 indexes selected to reflect medical service,efficiency,quality,etc.Results:The overall medical operation in Hospital B were trending up year by year during the last 5 years.The growth rate has twists and turns.Conclusion:Medical operation indexes analysis can reliably reflect hospital operating status and provide hospital administration departments very important references to find out hospital operation problems and fix that in time,to sustainably improve medial quality,and to ensure medical safety.
