摘要
党的十九大绘制了新时代中国特色社会主义的发展蓝图,这其中就提到了发展交通强国战略。基于当前交通强国战略,以及在交通运输方式愈发多样化的趋势背景下,分析了以公路运输为主的交通运输规划与管理人才所面临的机遇与挑战,结合交通强国战略的发展重点,提出交通运输专业人才的基本能力需求和工程能力需求,构建了在交通运输类专业人才培养中,对于课程体系改造的新思路与重点内容。
The 19th National Congress of the Party drew a blueprint for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which mentioned the strategy of developing a powerful transportation country.Based on the current strategy of strengthening China's transportation industry and the diversified trend of transportation mode development,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by transportation planning and management talents focusing on road transportation,and puts forward the basic ability demand and engineering ability demand of the professional transportation talents combined with the development priorities of the strategy of strengthening China's transportation industry,and constructs the new ideas and key contents of the curriculum system transformation in the training of transportation professional talents.
