组合式输尿管软镜与经皮肾镜碎石术治疗老年肾结石的疗效比较被引量：14

摘要目的分析老年肾结石患者中,应用组合式输尿管软镜与经皮肾镜碎石术的治疗效果。方法选取老年肾结石患者74例,按照治疗方法分为治疗组和常规组。将两组治疗后的临床效果、结石清除率、炎症指标、肾功能指标进行对比。结果治疗后,两组的术后一次清除率、总清除率、BUN、Cr水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的手术用时、住院时间均明显短于常规组(P<0.05);治疗组的CRP、PCT水平明显低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗组的术中出血量少于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对于老年患者而言,推荐使用组合式输尿管软镜术,能够明显降低炎性反应,降低手术风险。
