摘要
为了建立生活垃圾焚烧仿真的实验步骤和评价方法。采用实际垃圾焚烧处理工厂为原型进行仿真,基于动态仿真过程,开展生活垃圾焚烧过程的研究。通过分析烟气成分结果,对焚烧工况存在的问题提出修改意见,减少城市垃圾焚烧的固态气态产物的二次污染,保证城市垃圾焚烧的质量。生活垃圾焚烧虚拟仿真实验再现从垃圾运输、焚烧工况、烟气成分分析全过程。
In order to establish the experimental steps and evaluation methods of municipal solid waste incineration simulation,the research of municipal solid waste incineration process is carried out based on the dynamic simulation process of real solid waste incineration factory.According to the analysis of the results of flue gas composition,some suggestions are put forward for the modification of the problems existing in the incineration conditions,so as to reduce the secondary pollution of solid gaseous products from municipal solid waste incineration and ensure the quality of municipal solid waste incineration.The virtual simulation experiment of municipal solid waste incineration reproduces the whole process of municipal solid waste transportation,incineration conditions and flue gas composition analysis.
