摘要
以D-乳酸甲酯和对苯二酚为原料,经过氯化、缩合和酯化合成R-(+)-2-(4-羟基苯氧基)丙酸及其酯化物,重点研究了缩合反应中杂质的形成原因及影响因素。
Using D-methyl lactate and hydroquinone as raw materials,R-(+)-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)propionic acid and its esters were synthesized through chlorination,condensation and esterification.The formation reasons and influencing factors of impurities in the condensation reaction were studied.
