摘要
为进一步抓好南充晚熟柑桔产业发展,为市委政府制定产业中长期发展规划、出台产业发展政策、实施产业重大项目决策提供科学的参考依据,对成都、重庆、广西、云南等省(市)晚熟柑桔主产区和南充市主要晚熟柑橘生产基地进行了实地调查,通过对全国柑桔产业规模、产业结构、技术支撑、发展方式、供求状况、价格趋势等柑桔产业发展现状与趋势和南充市晚熟柑桔发展情况进行对比分析,指出南充市晚熟柑桔发展存在8个方面问题,具有4个方面发展机遇和6大比较优势,面临3大主要挑战。提出了坚定3个自信、把握7个原则、抓好关键技术措施和保障措施落实,搞好风险分析和防范等培育南充晚熟柑桔产业发展的对策措施。
In order to grasp the development of late-maturing citrus industry in Nanchong City,and to provide the scientific basis for municipal government to formulate medium-and long-term development plan,introduce development policy and implement important project decision for citrus industry,the main late-maturing citrus-growing area in Chengdu,Chongqing,Guangxi and Yunnan and main late-maturing citrus-growing bases in Nanchong City are investigated in field.Eight problems,four development chances,six comparative advantages and three main challenges are put forward based on the comparative analysis of the development status of the national citrus industry such as industry scale,industry structure,technical support,development pattern,supply and demand status and price trend and development status of late-maturing citrus industry in Nanchong City.The countermeasures for breeding development of late-maturing citrus industry in Nanchong City are proposed from strengthening three self-confidence,grasping seven principles,focusing on key technology measures,ensuring the measures implementation and making efforts to risk analysis and prevention.
