摘要
研究国际创新中心的概念内涵、主要特征、发展和演进,在此基础上深入研究国际科技创新中心的四大核心组成体系,并提出粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心建设的对策建议。
This paper studies the concept, main characteristics, development and evolution of the international innovation center. On this basis, it studies the four core components of the international technology innovation center, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the International Science and Technology Innovation Center in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area.
