摘要
以合肥市合经区王桥路排水工程及管线综合工程为例,阐述了顶管施工技术在市政污水管道施工中的具体应用,对工程中沉井施工和顶管施工进行介绍。在沉井施工中进行基础处理,增加了地基承载力基本容许值,具体对工作井布置和参数选取进行了介绍。通过泥水平衡式顶管施工技术,解决了工程常见质量问题,加快了作业速度,确保顶管施工安全。
Taking the drainage engineering and pipeline engineering on Wangqiao Road in Hejing District of Hefei city as an example,the paper illustrates the specific application of pipe-jacking construction technology in municipal sewage pipeline construction,and introduces the open caisson construction and pipe-jacking construction.It increases the basic allowable value of the foundation bearing capacity by processing the foundation in the process of the open caisson construction,and specifically describes the working shaft layout and parameter selection.Through adopting slurry-balance-style pipe-jacking construction technology,it solves common engineering problems,speeds up the working speed,and guarantees pipe-jacking construction safety as well.
