摘要
地摊经济是社会发展到一定阶段的经济现象,为居民生活带来了更多方便、快捷的选择。同时也带来了负面效应,例如交通堵塞、市容市貌变差以及卫生环境恶化等。在国家治理体系和治理能力现代化总目标下,地摊经济应当“管而不死、活而不乱”,合理引导,科学管理,促进地摊经济稳定健康发展。
The stall economy is an economic phenomenon that has reached a certain stage of social development,which brings more convenient and fast choices to residents'lives.At the same time,it also brings negative effects,such as traffic jams,deterioration of the city appearance,and deterioration of the sanitation environment.Under the overall goal of modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,the stall economy should be“regulated without death,alive without chaos”,rationally guided,scientifically managed,and promote the stable and healthy development of the stall economy.
