摘要
利用有限元软件建立了聚乙烯醇纤维增强超高韧性水泥基复合材料(PVA-ECC)薄板四点弯曲的有限元模型,并与已有PVA-ECC薄板四点弯曲试验进行比较,验证了有限元模型的有效性。从单元选取、材料属性定义、网格划分、接触定义、施加边界条件、荷载等方面阐述了有限元建模过程,为后续PVA-ECC有限模型的建立提供一定的参考。
The finite element model of four point bending of polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced ultra-high toughness cementitious composites(PVA-ECC)thin plate is established by general finite element software.The simulation results are found to be in good agreement with test results,which indicaes that the finite element model is reasonably accurate in simulating the flexural behaviors of PVA-ECC thin plates.The finite element modeling process is described in detail from the aspects of element selection,material definition,meshing,contact definition,boundary conditions and loading,which provides a reference for the subsequent establishment of PVA-ECC finite element model.
