摘要
颈动脉粥样硬化斑块早期常无任何神经系统症状,或仅有一些非特异性表现。程丑夫教授认为,其病机乃气郁痰凝、脉道痹阻,其治法多为调气化痰、活血通络,兼清热解毒,同时嘱患者注意饮食起居、情志变化等,以达消除斑块之功。
In the early stage of carotid atherosclerotic plaque,there are often no neurological symptoms or only some non-specific manifestations.Professor Cheng Choufu believes that the pathogenesis of carotid atherosclerotic plaque is qi-phlegm stasis,and meridian blocking.The treatment should be regulating qi and resolving phlegm,activating blood circulation and removing meridian obstruction,and clearing heat and detoxifying.At the same time,patients should be required to pay attention to diet,changes in emotions,etc.,in order to achieve the effect of eliminating plaque.
