摘要
随着配电线路带电作业现场规模的不断攀升,作业过程中遭遇诸如电击、高温中暑、体能透支、机械事故、突发疾病的风险逐年增高,事故后的紧急救援意义重大。根据带电作业特点与作业人员受困情况,对救援过程中所用到的技术进行总结,分析4种高空救援技术,并进行了试验验证。所提出的配电带电作业高空救援技术在传统高空救援技术的基础上结合配电带电作业特点,通过装备与技术的综合运用和作业人员应急救援能力的提升,实现了现场突发状况下救援人员自身保护与高空受困人员的快速救援。
With the increasing number of live working sites of distribution network,the risks of electric shock,heat stroke,physical overdraft,mechanical accidents and sudden diseases during operation are increasing year by year,and therefore,the emergency rescue after accidents is of great significance.According to the characteristics of distribution network live working and the accident situation,the technologies used in the rescue process were summarized in this paper,based on which four high-rise rescue technologies were proposed and verified by experiments.Based on the traditional high-rise rescue technology,the proposed distribution live working high-rise technology combines the characteristics of distribution live working,through the comprehensive application of equipment and technology and the improvement of emergency rescue ability of operators,the selfprotection of rescue personnel and the rapid rescue of high-rise trapped personnel are realized under the emergency situation.
