摘要
在社会经济高速发展的背景下,民间投资在沈阳总体经济发展中的地位也越来越突出。2015年以来,沈阳民间投资出现了急剧下滑。通过对沈阳民间投资与全国民间投资近些年以来的发展作对比,发现了沈阳民间投资领域存在整体意愿不强、产业结构不合理、资金积累后续动力不足的问题。从宏观经济周期、市场预期、企业效益、筹资能力等方面来分析影响沈阳民间有效投资活力的因素,同时结合沈阳的实际情况,制定激发沈阳民间有效投资活力的路径,并提出相应的对策建议。
In the context of rapid social and economic development,the status of private investment in the overall economic development of Shenyang is becoming more and more prominent.Since 2015,private investment in Shenyang has declined sharply.By comparing the development of private investment in Shenyang with that of the whole country in recent years,it is found that there are some problems in the field of private investment in Shenyang,such as weak overall will,unreasonable industrial structure and insufficient follow-up power of capital accumulation.From the macro-economic cycle,market expectations,enterprise benefits,financing capacity and other aspects,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the vitality of private effective investment in Shenyang.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of Shenyang,it formulates the path to stimulate the vitality of private effective investment in the province,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
