摘要 目的:探讨磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging MRI)在膝关节韧带损伤诊断中的效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年9月我院收治的膝关节损伤患者60例,所有患者均进行了磁共振检查,回顾性分析检出的膝关节韧带损伤情况,总结其在膝关节韧带损伤中的诊断价值。结果:60例膝关节损伤患者中,其中前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament ACL)损伤25例、后交叉韧带(posterior cruciate ligament PCL)损伤3例,内侧副韧带(medial collateral ligament MCL)损伤12例,外侧副韧带(lateral collateral ligament LCL)损伤15例。结论:磁共振在膝关节韧带损伤诊断中具有较高的灵敏度以及特异度,可准确评估患者损伤情况,可以在临床中进行进一步推广应用。 Objective:: To investigate the effect of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis of knee ligament injury.Methods:A total of 60 patients with knee injuries admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to September 2019 were selected. All the patients underwent magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) to retrospectively analyze the detected knee ligament injuries and summarize their diagnostic value in knee ligament injuries.Results:Among the 60 patients with knee joint injury, there were 25 cases of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) injury, 3 cases of posterior cruciate ligament(PCL) injury, 12 cases of medial collateral ligament(MCL) injury, and 15 cases of lateral collateral ligament(LCL) injury.Conclusion:MRI has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of knee ligament injury, and can accurately evaluate the injury situation of patients, which can be further popularized in the clinic.
