高职网络课堂教学效果满意度影响因素探究——以眼视光技术专业为例

摘要 以本次突发疫情为背景的高职院校网络课堂教学效果满意度的影响因素。通过深度访谈和德尔菲法确定本次研究的满意度评价指标体系,采用问卷调查法对眼视光技术专业学生网络课堂教学情况搜集数据,并用SPSS确定指标系数和权重,结合模糊数学理论和李克特五级量表法计算综合评价值,从而确定网络课堂教学效果满意度的评级值。结果显示,学生在五个一级指标评价中,在线教学平台方面满意度最低,教学监管方面满意度最高。除在教学平台方面进行优化之外,教师授课、考核评价和学生体验这三个环节是今后高校教学改革的主要方向。 Based on the background of the outbreak of the coronavirus-19,the influencing factors of the satisfaction of online classroom teaching effect in higher vocational colleges are analyzed.Through in-depth interviews and Delphi method to determine the satisfaction evaluation index system of this study,using questionnaire survey method to collect data of online classroom teaching of students majoring in optometry technology,and using SPSS to determine the index coefficient and weight,it is combined with fuzzy mathematics theory and Likert five grade scale method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value,so as to determine the rating value of satisfaction degree of network classroom teaching effect.The results show that the satisfaction of online teaching platform is the lowest and that of teaching supervision is the highest.In addition to optimizing the teaching platform,teaching,assessment and student experience are the main directions of teaching reform in colleges and universities in the future.
