摘要
目的以InCites平台数据为基础,统计我国9所已进入基本科学指标数据库(ESI)学科排名的中医药大学的发文情况,揭示各高校科研实力和发展态势。方法根据9所中医药大学进入ESI的时间、ESI中的表现及潜力学科的概况,选择2009-2019年的InCites数据,统计各高校发表学术论文和综述的数量、引用数据、潜力学科等信息,利用Web of Science核心合集(WOS)中作者与地址字段区分各高校名下论文的作者类别,并通过期刊引证报告(JCR)获取发文期刊的影响因子。结果 9所高校对应的ESI国际综合排名处于2000~5000名,在大陆高校排名处于100~300名;南京中医药大学的化学学科、上海中医药大学的生物学与生物化学学科进入ESI学科的潜力值均在85%以上,有望新进入ESI;南京中医药大学第一作者或通讯作者发文总量超4000篇,居九校之首;上海中医药大学第一作者或通讯作者发文总被引频次为34905次,为九校最多;南京中医药大学、上海中医药大学、成都中医药大学第一作者或通讯作者发表的高被引论文数量在10篇以上;9所高校第一作者或通讯作者发表的论文影响因子集中在1~4。结论 9所高校发文呈不同特点,各高校应在保持原优势的基础上,弥补对应短板,逐步缩小与强校之间的差距。
Objective To conduct statistical study on the publication status of nine TCM universities that have entered the ESI discipline ranking based on the InCites platform data;To reveal the scientific research strength and development trend among these TCM universities.Methods According to the time of entering ESI,the performance in ESI and the potential disciplines of nine TCM universities in China,the corresponding InCites data during 2009–2019 were selected in this study to collect the information of the number of academic papers and reviews published by these universities,citation data,potential disciplines and other information.The categories of the authors in each university were differentiated by the WOS author and address fields.Then,impact factors of the journals were obtained by JCR.Results The ESI comprehensive ranking of the nine universities in the world was between 2000–5000,and that in mainland universities was between 100–300.Chemistry in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,biology and biochemistry in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine had over 85%potential value to enter the ESI discipline.Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine has published more than 4000 papers as the first author or corresponding author organization,ranking the first among the nine universities.Articles published by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the first author or corresponding author organization owned the most total citation frequency,which was 34905.The number of highly cited papers in four universities was more than 20.The impact factors of articles published by nine universities as the first author or corresponding author organization were mainly concentrated among 1–4.Conclusion The publications of the nine TCM universities show different characteristics.On the basis of maintaining the original advantages,the nine universities should make up for corresponding shortcomings and gradually narrow the gap with strong universities.
