摘要
由于钢板弹簧(简称板簧)总成的设计与整车布置、轴荷等参数有关,在设计过程中根据输入参数的不同,板簧的长度、宽度、片数、厚度和弧高等参数均会做出相应的调整。将板簧相关计算结合CATIA软件中的知识工程模块,可根据输入参数的不同,便捷的实现多状态、参数可调、高精度的板簧模型设计。
Because the design of the multi-leaf spring assembly is related to the vehicle layout parameters,axle load and other parameters,the parameters such as the length,width,number of pieces,thickness and arc height of the multi-leaf spring will be adjusted accordingly due to the different input parameters in the design process.Combining the calculation of multi-leaf spring with the knowledge engineering module of CATIA software,the multi-leaf spring model design with multiple states,adjustable parameters and high precision can be realized more easily with different input parameters.
