摘要 针对潜油电泵多参数实时数据监控存在的问题,提出一种便携式的移动实时传输监测系统,设计并研究了基于ARM架构的潜油电泵多参数井下数据采集系统,监测系统主要包括测量电路和数据采集处理两部分。系统选取ARM Cortex-A7作为主控芯片,与外围8路测量电路搭建井下多参数数据监测平台。通过SPI协议和ESP8266模块实现地面与井下数据的通信,将潜油电泵井下多参数数据实时传输至上位机。该系统可适用于大多数油井数据的采集和检测,并且使用方便、便携式强、成本低、数据传输稳定,有利于随时随地实时监控数据。 Aiming at the problems existing in real-time monitoring of multiple parameters of submersible electric pump,a portable mobile real-time transmission monitoring system is proposed.In this paper,a multi-parameter downhole data acquisition system of submersible electric pump based on ARM architecture is designed and studied.This monitoring system mainly includes measurement circuit and data acquisition and processing.This system chooses ARM Cortex-A7 as the main control chip to build a downhole multi-parameter data monitoring platform with 8 peripheral measurement circuits.Through SPI protocol and ESP8266 module,surface and downhole data communication can be realized,and underground multi-parameter data of submersible electric pump can be transmitted to the upper machine in real time.The system can be applied to the collection and detection of most oil well data,and is convenient to use,strong portable,low cost,stable data transmission,and conducive to real-time monitoring data anytime and anywhere.
