摘要
突发性环境污染事故是一类随机性、突发性和紧急性的环境污染事件,一旦发生,往往会在短时间内给生态环境和人身安全造成严重的危害。因此,此类环境污染事件的应急监测和防治就显得异常重要。其中,应急监测是降低此类环境污染事件发生率和进行及时防治的有效措施。因此,本文详细论述突发性环境污染事故的特征,分析突发性环境污染事故应急监测现状,并提出改进措施,以期提升突发性环境污染事故应急监测水平。
Sudden environmental pollution accidents are a kind of random,sudden and urgent environmental pollution incidents,once they happen,they will often cause serious harm to the ecological environment and personal safety in a short time.Therefore,emergency monitoring and prevention of such environmental pollution incidents are extremely important.Among them,emergency monitoring is an effective measure to reduce the incidence of such environmental pollution incidents and conduct timely prevention and control.Therefore,this paper discusses the characteristics of sudden environmental pollution accidents in detail,analyzes the current situation of emergency monitoring of sudden environmental pollution accidents,and proposes improvement measures to improve the emergency monitoring level of sudden environmental pollution accidents.
