摘要
目的探讨微螺钉种植体支抗技术在老年口腔修复正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月辽宁省健康产业集团铁煤总医院收治的100例需要进行口腔修复的老年患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(50例)和对照组(50例)。两组应用不同的修复材料和技术进行口腔修复正畸治疗,对照组行片段弓的修复方法,研究组采用微螺钉种植体支抗技术方法。比较两组临床疗效,症状消失时间及进食后无疼痛时间,生活质量评分及满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.0%高于对照组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组口腔症状消失时间及进食后无疼痛时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分及满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复正畸疗法对老年口腔疾病患者具有良好的临床疗效,患者的生活质量评分较高,满意度较高,显著提高了患者的外观评分及功能评分,值得临床上的广泛推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of micro-screw implant anchorage technique in orthodontic treatment of the elderly.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients in need of oral prosthesis in Iron Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divide into a study group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The two groups were treated with different prosthodontics and orthodontics,the control group received the repair method of segmental arch,and the study group received the technique of microscrew implant anchorage technique.Clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,pain-free time after eating,quality of life score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.0%,which was higher than that in the control group(76.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of oral symptoms and pain-free time after eating were shorter in the study group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score and degree of satisfaction were higher in the study group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral prosthetic orthodontic therapy has a good clinical effect on elderly patients with oral diseases.The patients have a higher quality of life score and a higher satisfaction level.The appearance score and function score of the patients are significantly improved.It is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
