基于期刊影响力和时间因素的学术影响力评价方法

摘要 为客观公正地评价论文,提出了基于刊物影响力和引用时间间隔的权重分配方法,结合刊物的最近几年表现,进而提出了基于期刊影响力的论文排名方法VPR。在ACL数据集上的实验结果表明,与传统的PageRank算法相比,VPR算法在论文评估和排名偏好方面均表现出更好的性能。 It is very important and challenging to evaluate the paper objectively and fairly.The traditional PageRank algorithm regards all citations of papers as equally important in evaluating the impact of papers,ignoring the prestige of the journals where the papers published in,the dynamic characteristics of the journals and the publication time of the papers.Compared with influential papers(published in venues that have performed well in recent years),general quality papers are often published in peripheral venues in recent years;high-quality papers are often cited frequently in a very short time after publication.Based on the above ideas,this paper proposes a weight allocation method based on venue impact and citation time interval.Combining with the recent performance of venues,this paper proposes a paper ranking method based on venue impact VPR.Experiments on ACL datasets show that VPR algorithm performs better in paper ranking and ranking bias than traditional PageRank algorithm.
