摘要
从湖北潜江患病克氏原螯虾肝胰腺内分离到1株致病菌,经过生理生化特征测定、16S rRNA序列分析和进化树构建对该菌株进行鉴定,并通过琼脂扩散法检测该分离株的药物敏感性,通过肉汤微量稀释法测定抗菌药物的最小抑菌浓度。结果发现,该菌株具有与肺炎克雷伯菌一致的生理生化特征,16S rRNA测序和进化树分析发现该分离株与肺炎克雷伯菌的基因相似度达到99%以上,因此将该菌株鉴定为肺炎克雷伯菌。通过药敏试验发现,该菌株仅对头孢噻肟和多粘菌素B敏感,为多重耐药菌株。
A pathogenic bacterium was isolated from the diseased Procambarus clarkii in Qianjiang,Hubei Province.The strain was identified by physiological and biochemical assay,16S rRNA sequencing and phylogenetic analysis.Then susceptibility of the strain to antibiotics was performed by the agar diffusion method,and the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs)were evaluated by the micro-dilution method.The results showed that the physiological and biochemical characteristics of the isolated strain were similar to that of Klebsiella pheumonia.The 16S rRNA sequencing and phylogenetic analysis showed that the 16S rRNA sequence of the strain shared over 99%similarities with that of K.pheumonia.Therefore,the strain was identified as K.pheumonia.According to the susceptibility results,the strain was sensitive to cefotaxime and polymyxin B among all the tested antibiotics.These results above indicated that the strain was a multi-resistant K.pheumonia strain.
