摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了蠕铁联体气缸盖缩孔缺陷形成原因,优化了工艺方案,提出了缩孔缺陷解决措施。结果表明,蠕铁气缸盖缩孔缺陷不是由“气”和“缩”共同作用的,是由“缩”导致的。布置发热保温冒口、内外冷铁的工艺方案可以有效消除缩孔缺陷,生产出合格气缸盖。
By use of scanning electron microscope(SEM),the causes of the shrinkage cavity on vermicular iron cylinder head have been analyzed,while the process has been optimized and the solution of shrinkage cavity has been proposed.The results show that the shrinkage cavity on vermicular iron cylinder head is not caused by"air"and"shrinkage",but by"shrinkage".The process of arranging the thermal insulation riser,internal and external chills can effectively eliminate the shrinkage cavity and produce qualified cylinder head.
