摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法同柱分离测定15%嘧酯·噻呋酰胺种子处理微囊悬浮-悬浮剂中有效成分的分析方法。使用Eclipse XDB C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器(DAD),以甲醇和水为流动相,采用梯度洗脱程序,在225 nm条件下,同时测定制剂中嘧菌酯和噻呋酰胺的含量。结果表明,嘧菌酯和噻呋酰胺的线性相关系数分别为0.999 7、0.999 8;标准偏差分别为0.021、0.31;变异系数分别为0.41%、0.30%;平均回收率分别为99.25%、99.04%。该方法简便、快速、准确度高,可以满足定量分析要求。 A method for determination of active ingredients in azoxystrobin ·thifluzamide 15% FZC was established by HPLC with DAD using methanol and water as mobile phase under gradient concentration application, Eclipse XDB C18 stainless steel column and wavelength at 225 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients for azoxystrobin and thifluzamide were 0.999 7 and 0.999 8, the standard deviations were 0.021 and 0.31, the variation coefficients were 0.41% and 0.30%, the average recovery was 99.25% and 99.04%, respectively. The method was simple,quick, accurate, and could meet the demands of quantitative analysis.
