不同涂层表面对结霜过程影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对寒冷潮湿地区使用空气源热泵蒸发器表面结霜严重这一现象,通过蒸发器表面处理技术,改变材料的表面特性,抑制翅片结霜,从而减少翅片的结霜质量。本实验即研究翅片样品涂覆上不同的抑霜涂层后与未涂覆作对比,实验结果表明在环境温度为18℃,相对湿度为60%的条件下,结霜质量2号铝箔翅片(普通涂层铝箔翅片)比1号铝箔翅片(普通铝箔翅片)减少6%,而3号铝箔翅片(纳米材料涂层铝箔翅片)减少15%;把相对湿度改变为70%的条件下,结霜质量2号铝箔翅片比1号铝箔翅片减少5.8%,而3号铝箔翅片减少16%。 In view of the serious frosting on the surface of the evaporator in cold and humid areas,the surface characteristics of the material can be changed through the surface treatment technology of the evaporator to inhibit the frosting of the fin,thus reducing the frosting quality of the fin.This experiment studied the comparison between the fin samples coated with different frost-inhibiting coatings and the ones not coated.The experimental results showed that under the condition of the ambient temperature of 18℃and the relative humidity of 60%,the frost-forming quality of the blue-coated aluminum foil fins(No.2)decreased by 6%compared with the ordinary aluminum foil fins(No.1),while the black-coated aluminum foil fins(No.3)decreased by 15%.Under the condition of changing the relative humidity to 70%,the frosted quality blue coated aluminum foil fin(No.2)decreased by 5.8%compared with the ordinary aluminum foil fin(No.1),while the black coated aluminum foil fin(No.3)decreased by 16%.
