摘要
以试验机作为机械加载系统,采用石英灯辐射加热作为热载荷施加方式,研制一套型材试验测试系统。该系统由力加载系统、热加载系统、测量控制系统3部分组成。试验结果表明,采用石英灯加热可实现试验件的快速升温及稳定加热,热防护及抗干扰措施可保证热环境下测量控制数据的稳定可靠,验证了该试验系统在高温环境下的型材压损特性测试中具有较好的适用性。
A crippling failure test system,consisting of the testing machine as the mechanical loading system,the quartz radiation heating as the thermal loading system,measurement and control system,is designed and manufactured.The test results show that a rapid and stable heating way for the test specimen can be achieved by the quartz radiation heating,and the stability,reliability and accuracy of the data acquisition in thermal environment can be guaranteed due to the thermal protection and anti-interference measures,which verifies the applicability of the crippling failure test system in the high temperature environment.
