摘要
本文研究了T300级树脂基复合材料对发动机燃油、发动机润滑油、液压油和溶剂等4种介质的液体敏感性,通过试验探究了耐介质后材料层间力学性能、开孔压缩性能和纵横剪切性能的变化。研究结果表明,常温环境下,T300级树脂基复合材料对这4种腐蚀性流体的敏感性普遍不高;高温环境下,介质的侵蚀会导致材料的力学性能降低,以溶剂的影响最为明显,液压油的影响最为薄弱。
The liquid sensitivity of T300 composite material to four media,including engine fuel,engine lubricating oil,hydraulic oil and solvents,is studied in the paper.Experiments are finished to investigate the interlayer mechanical properties,open-cell compressive properties and vertical and horizontal shear properties of the material after media resistance.The research results show that under normal temperature environments,T300 matrix composite material is generally not sensitive to these four corrosive fluids.Under high temperature environments,the corrosion of the medium will cause the reduction of mechanical properties.The influence of solvent is the most obvious,and the impact of hydraulic oil is the weakest.
