摘要
以贵州茅台镇为代表的黔北赤水河流域,在酿酒文化的复苏与兴盛过程中,恢复并隆重举行了以祭水、祭麦、祭酒(统称为“酿酒三祭”)为代表的展现“人—自然—技艺”和谐关系的祭祀活动,其文化事象呈现了庄严的仪式感,强化了当地民众对生态的敬畏意识,激发了当地民众的生态自觉,凝聚了当地民众的生态保护共识,呈现出丰富的生态价值。
Chishui River Basin of Northern Guizhou,with Maotai Town as a representative,is world famous for the liquor brewing industry.Now the traditional brewing rituals of sacrificing(paying tribute to water,wheat and wine)have been restored to present a harmonious“human being—nature—brewing technique”relationship.These sacrifice ceremonies are held in a solemn and grand way,stimulating local people’s respect and awe to the ecological environment.And as a result the rituals could inspire their ecological consciousness to protect the environment.In this sense,the rituals have presented an ecological value.
