摘要
目的分析应用循证护理对于改善出现疼痛的肿瘤患者的生活质量和疼痛感受的效果及其价值。方法选取我院2019年8月至2020年8月收治的112例肿瘤疼痛患者作为本次观察对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上实施循证护理干预。观察两组护理护理满意度、生活质量评分(SF-36)、护理前后焦虑抑郁评分以及数字评分量表(NRS)进行评价。结果观察组护理满意度以及生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),且护理后数字评分量表以及焦虑抑郁评分显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论为肿瘤疼痛患者应用循证护理较之常规护理干预,其临床效果更为显著,使患者的生活质量各项指标均呈上升趋势,有效缓解了患者疼痛感受,及时地排解了患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高了医院整体的医疗服务水平与质量。
Objective To analyze the effect and value of applying evidence-based nursing to improve the quality of life and pain perception of cancer patients with pain.Methods A total of 112 patients with tumor pain admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the observation objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Observe the two groups of nursing satisfaction,quality of life score(SF-36),anxiety and depression score before and after nursing,and the numerical rating scale(NRS)for evaluation.Results The nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05),and the digital score scale and anxiety and depression scores after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing for patients with tumor pain has more significant clinical effects than conventional nursing interventions,which makes the patients'quality of life indicators show an upward trend,effectively relieves the pain of patients,and relieves patients’anxiety and depression in a timely manner emotions have improved the overall level and quality of medical services in the hospital.
